Silo

Running low on stock

Tells you when this silo drops to a fifth of its capacity, so you can book a delivery before it runs out.

Critically low on stock

Tells you when this silo drops to 5% of its capacity, the point where production stops without an emergency delivery.

Nearly full

Tells you when this silo passes 90 % of its capacity, so you can hold the next delivery.

Not reporting

Tells you when this device stops sending data, and again when it comes back.

Conveyor

Belt stopped

Tells you when the belt stops moving. Only add this to a belt that is meant to run continuously. It will also fire on planned stops.

Belt overloaded

Tells you when the load on the belt reaches 90 % of its rated maximum.

Weigh Bin

Loaded past capacity

Tells you when the bin’s weight reaches its rated capacity, which usually means the feed did not stop.

Water Tank

Running low

Tells you when the tank drops to 20 % full, so you can refill before it runs dry.

Nearly full

Tells you when the tank passes 90 % full, so you can stop the inflow before it overflows.

Water Pump

Over pressure

Tells you when discharge pressure reaches 90 % of the pump’s rated maximum.

Dam

Low water level

Tells you when the dam drops to a quarter of its full supply level. This 25% threshold is a general default, not tailored to how your dam is normally run.
